They strategically lead individuals from capturing attention to building interest and ultimately driving them to take a desired action. While websites, on the other hand, serve as digital platforms where businesses can showcase their brand, provide information, and engage with their audience in a more comprehensive manner.
To create a funnel in Kyvio, you simply need to click on "New Funnel"
You can give it a name of your choice, for example, you select the name “Roofing Funnel” then hit “Create Funnel”
The first step typically acts as a landing page or homepage, which you can specify by adding "/home" after your domain.
Alternatively, you can import existing funnels from ClickFunnels by obtaining a preview link and pasting it into Kyvio. So, when you create a step, you will have two options: you can use existing funnels if you have already pre-built them, or you can choose from the available options.
If you want to create from scratch, simply click on "Create From Blank" to enter the Kyvio builders.
By selecting "Create From Blank" in the next screen, you will find the "section" option at the top. Clicking on it will display a menu on the right side of the screen, providing choices such as full wide, wide, medium, and small. You can choose the desired option and either drag and drop it or simply click on the section to add it to your project.
The section is represented by a green-colored border with a "+Add Row" symbol in the center. Within sections, you can create rows with columns. You have the flexibility to determine the number of elements you want, and you can add columns accordingly to accommodate your desired layout.
For example, if you want to create a header that includes three essential elements, you can allocate three columns for this purpose. In the first column, you can place an image that can be used as a logo. The second column is typically used for the navigation bar, which allows users to easily navigate through the website. You have the option to use this navigation bar if it suits your needs. In the navigation bar, you can display the business image, along with the business name, providing visitors with a visual representation and easy identification of your brand.
When you click on the navigation menu settings, you have the option to easily remove certain elements. You can simply disable the brand logo configuration, and similarly, you can choose to turn off the headline menu. Once these changes are made, you will notice that the navigation menu is now displayed on your website. If you want to add more items to the menu, you can do so effortlessly. You also have the flexibility to create dropdown menus, such as "Home" with options like "About" and "Team". This allows for a more organized and user-friendly navigation experience. Once you have made all the desired modifications, simply click to save the changes.
If you want to add another section, simply click on "Add" and choose the desired layout: full wide, wide, or small. Then, start adding elements, such as a headline. You can easily drag and drop the headline element and customize it further. For example, you can change the color of the shadow, adjust letter spacing, and set the text alignment (left, middle, right) according to your preferences. Additionally, you can specify different font sizes for desktop and mobile views.
To choose a font, you can either select a custom font or explore the available options in the settings, including various Google fonts. Furthermore, if you wish to add a background image to the entire funnel apply custom CSS, you can do so as well. Once you're done with the modifications, simply hit the "Save" button.
In the checking card, you can include tracking codes if you are running ads on platforms like Google. For example, if you have a Google tag, you can write the corresponding script inside the checking card so that the tracking code functions properly.
Additionally, in terms of SEO, you have the ability to optimize your page. You can provide a specific page title, such as "Roofing Home," which will be displayed in search engine results. You can also add an image, specify relevant keywords, include the author's name, and provide a description for the page. Once you have made these adjustments, you can update the data accordingly. This way, you can enhance the visibility and searchability of your page.
In the headline, you have the option to customize the font color. By selecting the text, you can change its color using the navigation bar. For example, you can make the text bold by choosing a bold option. To make the text italic, simply highlight it and use the available options in the navigation bar. To add a hyperlink, you can select the text and click on the link icon in the navigation bar. Enter the desired URL, such as "YouTube.com," and when users click on the text, it will directly take them to the specified website. Please note that link text usually appears in blue by default, but you can change its color to green or any other color if desired. Additionally, you can adjust the sizes of headlines (e.g., H1) according to your preference. Feel free to explore and experiment with these formatting elements.

By accessing the button settings, you can customize its properties. You can start by giving the button a name, such as "Learn More." Then, you have several options for what happens when the button is clicked. It can trigger a pop-up, redirect users to a specific website URL, navigate them to a designated step within your funnel, or initiate a call, SMS, email, membership, or any other desired action. To enhance the visual appeal of the button, you can explore different themes and styles available within the settings. These include options like purple themes and more. Once you have made the desired changes, don't forget to save your progress.
On the right-hand side, you can see a variety of elements that can enhance your funnel. These elements include video, picture, FAQ, survey, HTML, calendar, map, reviews, SVGs, countdown timer, and more. The countdown timer can be particularly useful when you want to create a sense of urgency, such as displaying a timer indicating that an offer or promotion will expire in 20 or 10 minutes. These elements provide versatility and allow you to customize your funnel according to your specific needs and preferences.
If you need to separate sections within your funnel, you can use the divider element. This helps to organize and visually divide different parts of your Content.
The image feature can be used to add visual appeal to your funnel. You can use it to display images along with a headline and a paragraph, creating an engaging visual and informational experience for your users.
In addition, if you want to indicate progress or completion of specific steps within your funnel, you can use the progress bar element. It helps users understand their current position in the process and provides a visual representation of their progress. After completing the setup and customization of your funnel, you have the option to preview your work. This allows you to ensure everything looks and functions as desired. Below is an image showcasing the current appearance of your funnel. However, should you desire any further changes, you still have the flexibility to make adjustments according to your preferences. Creating funnels within the Kyvio system is a straightforward process that empowers you to design and optimize your sales and marketing strategies.
In addition to the desktop version, you also have the option to optimize your funnel for mobile devices. By adjusting the font sizes, you can ensure that the content is displayed appropriately on smaller screens. For example, if the font size is set to 20 on desktop, you can reduce it to 15 for mobile to maintain a balanced appearance. Similarly, you can modify the headline size from 25 to 20, ensuring it doesn't appear excessively large on mobile devices. After making these adjustments, you can simply click the save button to preserve your changes. This way, you can ensure that your funnel provides a seamless experience for both desktop and mobile users.
To create a pop-up on your website or funnel, You can just simply click on the pop-up section and add a row with a single element, then choose the content you want to display in the pop-up, such as a form or a calendar. Now you can configure the settings to determine when the pop-up should be shown, such as linking it to a button in the navigation menu. Save your changes to apply the pop-up configuration. To preview the pop-up, switch to the next tab and refresh the page.
Now, when you click on the "Learn More" button, you'll see the pop-up displayed within the page. This is how you can easily create and display pop-ups on your website.
Creating websites and funnels within the Kyvio system is both simple and similar in approach. With its user-friendly interface, building a website or funnel becomes an effortless task.
In the "Stats" section, you can easily track the number of views your page has received. It provides you with valuable insights, such as the maximum number of visitors who have accessed the page. Additionally, it distinguishes between unique users and page visits by utilizing Unix tracking. For instance, if you personally visit the page twice, it will count as one view. Furthermore, any actions taken on the page, such as form submissions or booking appointments, are recorded and displayed. This includes sales and earnings, allowing you to monitor all essential metrics in one convenient location.
In the "Sales" section, you can easily track the number of products sold and their corresponding prices. This helps you stay informed about your sales performance up to the current time.
The "Settings" section allows you to enhance your funnel by connecting a custom domain to it. Additionally, you have the option to test your funnel using a different form.
