Step 1: Click on the profile name and go to “Company Profile”.
Step 2: Click on “My Domains” and from there, you’ll see “authenticate” instead of verified. Click “authenticate”.
Step 3: It will ask you to add DNS records to your hosting provider. Copy the CName.
Note: For Godaddy, Namecheap, and Cloudflare users when adding records, don't need to add/put your Domain, because your DNS provider already includes it automatically.
For example, If the format you're using starts with "MP1._DOMAINKEY.YOURDOMAIN.CO" it should be "MP1._DOMAINKEY" only.
Step 4: Go NameCheap, select your domain and click on the “Advanced DNS” tab and add a new CName record.
Step 5: From there, paste the CName record and save it.
Step 6: For the SPF, you must carefully read it because if you already have an existing SPF record, you need to update it. Copy the value.
Step 7: Go back to NameCheap and look for it. From there, edit it, paste the value you have from SPF and save changes.
Step 8: Once done, click “continue” and it will propagate.
