 Creating a Chat Widget : The chat widget is a tool that allows visitors to your website to engage in a quick conversation with you. To create a chat widget in Kyvio, follow these steps:

 

  1. Click on the "Chat Widget" option on the dashboard.
  2. Choose your intro message, such as "Hi there, have a question? Text us here."
  3. Upload an image, such as your business logo, that is less than 300 KB.
  4. Set up a welcome message for return visitors.
  5. Customize the chat widget window by adding an intro message, enabling email fill, and adding a legal message.
  6. Customize the color of the chat widget to match your branding.
  7. Label the chat widget with your company name.
  8. Provide customer support contact information, such as an email or phone number.
  9. Add an acknowledgement message for when customers submit a form or message.

You can save the chat widget and utilize it on your website. If you have a WordPress website, you can also use the chat widget by copying the code and pasting it into your custom HTML.

 

 Uploading Media :The media library in Kyvio allows you to upload and store videos, pictures, and other media. To upload media to the library, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Media Library" option on the dashboard.
  2. Click on "Upload File."
  3. Select the media file you want to upload.
  4. Wait for the upload to finish.

You can now use the uploaded media for your website or other marketing materials.

 

 Using URL Redirects : URL redirects allow you to redirect visitors from one URL to another. To use URL redirects in Kyvio, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "URL Redirects" option on the dashboard.
  2. Enter the domain and path you want to redirect.
  3. Select the option you want to use, such as redirecting to a funnel or URL.
  4. Click on "Save."

Your URL redirect is now set up and will automatically redirect visitors to the designated page.
