How to embed forms on a Kyvio 3 funnel

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to link your Mailvio forms or Mailvio Optin signup forms to Kyvio 3. Please note that Kyvio 3 currently only accepts simple HTML forms.

Before proceeding, ensure that you are logged into both your Mailvio account and Kyvio 3 account. If you are unfamiliar with creating simple HTML forms, refer to the provided tutorial in the guide.

Step 1: Log in to your Mailvio account.
Step 2: Navigate to the "Forms" section.
Step 3: Create an embedded form and copy the form code. Make note of your account ID, form ID, and API key as well.
Step 4: Log in to your Kyvio 3 account.
Step 5: Go to "Funnels" and then "Sites".
Step 6: Create a new funnel using the desired template or one that matches your branding.
Step 7: Select the chosen template and click "Continue" to get the template.
Step 8: Refresh the page if needed to display the funnel pages.
Step 9: Click on the ellipsis (...) and select "Edit" to edit the desired page.
Step 10: Locate the "Contact" section and click on the downward arrow, then choose "Edit page".
Step 11: Remove any existing form elements that were created inside Kyvio 3, as we will be using the custom HTML form.
Step 12: Add the custom JavaScript element to the page by going to "Elements" > "Add Element" > "Custom" > "Custom JS/HTML".
Step 13: Open the code editor within the custom element and paste the Mailvio form code.
Step 14: Click "Save" and then "Save" again.
Step 15: Cancel and keep any prompts that appear.
Step 16: Preview the page to ensure the form is displaying correctly.
Step 17: Test the form by entering your details and submitting it. Confirm that the form redirects as expected.
Step 18: To verify form submissions, go to the "Contacts" section in Mailvio.
Step 19: Locate the group assigned to the form (e.g., CT test).
Step 20: Check if the submitted email address is added to the group and marked as active.
Step 21: If desired, assign any necessary automations or email sequences to the group to automate further actions.

That concludes the steps for linking Mailvio forms to Kyvio 3. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please reach out to us at support@mailvio.com.
